Consultation requests may be submitted through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or other available communication channels. Appointment confirmation, timing and service details may be shared through phone, email or WhatsApp.

We try to respond in a reasonable time, but response time may vary depending on availability, workload, service type and the details required for analysis.

Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated before confirming the service. Payment may be collected through UPI, bank transfer, payment gateway or another agreed method.

A consultation or service may begin only after payment confirmation, where payment is required in advance.

Cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Once a consultation has been completed, report prepared, analysis started, remedy arranged, Hawan scheduled or service work initiated, refund eligibility may be limited.

Refunds, if any, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service, time spent, preparation completed and expenses already incurred.

Any remedy, Hawan, Yantra, Jadi or gemstone suggestion is made only after suitable Vichar. Users should follow instructions carefully and respectfully.

Gemstone guidance, if given, is based on Jyotish suitability. Users are responsible for purchasing genuine gemstones from trusted sources unless a specific arrangement is made separately.
