This Refund and Return Policy explains how consultation fees, product purchases, damaged item concerns and supplier-related return requests are handled by Sree Harshy Jyotish Sansthan.

Consultation Fees Are Non-Refundable

Fees paid for Jyotish Consultation, Kundli Consultation, Kundli Milan, Vastu Consultation, Numerology, Business Astrology, Grah Hawan Upchar, remedies, gemstone guidance or any other consultation-related service are non-refundable.

Once a consultation request is accepted, analysis is started, time is reserved, details are reviewed or guidance is provided, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

Jyotish consultation fees are charged for the time, study, analysis and guidance provided. These fees are not linked to any guaranteed outcome and are not refundable after payment.

No Refund for Completed Services

No refund will be provided for completed consultations, prepared reports, Kundli analysis, Kundli Milan review, Vastu review, Numerology analysis, business astrology guidance, remedy guidance, Hawan guidance or any other completed service.

The user is expected to provide accurate details before the consultation begins. Any issue arising from incorrect birth details, incomplete information or changed questions after the consultation will not make the fee refundable.

Product Purchases Through the Website

From time to time, Sree Harshy Jyotish Sansthan may make certain Jyotish-related products available through the website or associated communication channels. These may include items such as Yantra, Jadi, gemstones, puja-related items or other spiritual products, as and when made available.

Such products are supplied through established and registered suppliers only. Sree Harshy Jyotish Sansthan may help connect, coordinate or forward the order, but the product supply, packaging, dispatch and product-level return handling remain subject to the supplier’s terms.

Returns Are Accepted Only for Damaged Items

Product return concerns may be considered only if the item received is damaged, broken or physically defective at the time of delivery.

To raise a damaged item concern, the user should share clear photos or video evidence of the item, packaging and delivery condition as soon as possible after receiving the product.

In simple terms, Sree Harshy Jyotish Sansthan is not responsible for supplier-side product defects, logistics issues, shipping damage, return approval or refund decisions. We will support by forwarding the concern to the supplier where applicable.

Products will generally not be eligible for return or refund in cases where the item is not damaged, has been used, altered, mishandled, opened beyond inspection, energized, customized, specially sourced or purchased based on personal preference.
